      This is the "water" section of the elements, starting with the "water chant", first heard on "Cool Cool Water" on the "Sunflower" album, and then going into the dazzling reworking of "I Love To Say Da Da" from the original SMiLE sessions with 2003 Van Dyke Parks lyrics. Generally acclaimed as one of the highlights of the completed SMiLE.
