      This song was derived from the Smile song "I Like To Say Da-Da" -widely regarded to be the "water" element in the "elements suite." Brian developed this song into "Cool Cool Water" during the "Wild Honey" sessions, and it was completed during the "Sunflower" sessions, apparently because Warner's were looking for another potential single from the album.
